24-Hour Cancellation Policy
At My Milpitas Dentist, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care with your convenience in mind. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as illness, emergencies, or inclement weather. To ensure that we can accommodate all our patients efficiently, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments not only disrupt our schedule but also affect the care we can provide to other patients. Your cooperation in providing adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care.
Please be aware of the following guidelines regarding cancellations and missed appointments:
- A "no show" is defined as an appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours' notice or when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment.
- A $50 fee will be charged for all "no show" visits. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid before or at the next scheduled appointment.
- After two (2) missed appointments, we may require a deposit of up to 100% of the appointment cost to reserve any further appointments. This deposit will be applied to your appointment fee.
- After three (3) missed appointments, you may be at risk of being dismissed from our practice.
Please note that you will not be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

48-Hour Confirmation Policy
At My Milpitas Dentist, we are committed to efficient scheduling and ensuring access to care for all our patients. To help us achieve this goal, we kindly request that you confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
You can easily confirm your appointment through our communication portals, including email, text, or phone.
Please note that if we do not receive confirmation from you within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment to accommodate other patients in need of care.
